For a straightforward customer experience, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

Under this customer standard, the original payment account receives every approved refund, with issuer processing commonly taking 5-10 business days after the credit is released.
